Recently purchased a condo. I am not just looking for someone to help me pay the bills (although that is nice), I'd like to room with someone who is extroverted and wants to contribute to making the space feel like home. We don't have to be best friends but at least good friends.
Been climbing for the past 12 years, moved to Florida last year and became an avid surfer since. Generally enjoy all outdoor activities (snorkeling, kayaking, etc.). Also love to dance and go clubbing. I don't smoke weed but am ok with you smoking as long as you keep it reasonable and contain the smell within your room.
I have the best cat in the world. I will maybe consider dogs but they have to like cats, be well-behaved, and not bark all the time.
Please be aware that you have to be approved by the HOA and pass a background check. Unfortunately the process takes about 3 weeks.
