Bedroom Available in a 2Bed 1Bath Apt in LIC! Super close to Greenpoint and Sunnyside!
I’m looking for someone to move into my 2 Bed 1 Bath apartment with me (and my kitty, Eloise)!! My current roommate is looking to move closer to work leaving their room open and available!!! The place is located in LIC but super close to BK and Sunnyside! It’s quiet, secluded, and we get the best sunsets (especially in your room)! Rent is $1375 w/o utilities, about $100 for Utilities which are only Electric and WiFi (the price fluctuates a lot depending on use)! Also a security deposit (one months rent) will probably be due at signing…..
Full size appliances less than 2 years old - Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge - and our own IN UNIT washer and dryer! PLUS the bathroom has heated floors! Our building manger is a GEM of a lady, truly one of the better landlords if not the best one I’ve had!!
