Must be a professional or mature student, quiet respectful roommate, this is a family-friendly environment. Absolutely no partying or smoking tolerated. Adults and/or single parent with one child considered. There are no children living in the property. There is one cat, and other pets are welcomed if they are mellow/can get along. Rental is for one room but can be increased to include two rooms or two rooms with an entire floor to oneself.
