This is such a wonderful space because all of the appliances are modern, it has a huge kitchen, central AC, in-unit Washers/Dryer, is bright, and gets lovely sunlight throughout. The Bedroom available is private, fully furnished, comes with awesome bedding and decor. It has a large built in closet, classic dresser, desk and chair, and 2 large windows that gets awesome sunlight. The bed is queen size with a beautiful headboard; the mattress is new with a luxury pillow top. The room is sophisticated, quiet and cozy. See pics showing the apt's aesthetic :)
Rent is $1525/month, with wifi, electricity, Air Conditioning etc. The apartment has a full kitchen, and an absolutely stellar living room. Minimum 3 Months, with option to extend! The best part... the AMAZING location. This is an ideal space for someone who is active, loves the outdoors, and their career.
The ideal roommate enjoys great restaurants and classic architecture and is here in Miami for work/internship/start-up/school/etc. The area is super safe, friendly, has nearby cafes, restaurants etc., Equinox, and specialty grocery stores.
I am looking for someone who is respectful, and who won't bring the party home. Someone who loves the beach, good food, a healthy lifestyle, cooking, travel, great wine, museums, culture and who enjoys life would make a good fit.
