Hey, i live with my daughter, my significant other, and 4 pets. I run a nursery, and landscaping business out of my home. I also work as a sales associate at Pikes Nursery. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1500 sq/ft. We have gigabit internet, lots of streaming TV options, The shared spaces are fully furnished. Your room will be up to you. Screened in porch in the front, backyard porch in the back. I grow fresh vegetables we eat some, and i sell some. You will have your own room with a closet. It has black out curtains already installed the rest is up to you.
We smoke outside, I am completely sober. However, i do smoke cigarettes (outside). We will do a back round check, and require your first months rent in advance of moving in. Utilities, and amenities are all included. Your room is private, the rest of the house is shared. We are very respectful, and will work with you to make sure all parties are comfortable, and happy.
