Let’s Be Roomies
I am looking for 1 roomie to room with me and another roomie in a home that will be available for move in now. The home is located in Elyson, a master planned community just off 529 and 99 in Katy. The room will come unfurnished. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths upstairs. All utilities will be included with the rest including Internet WIFI, Electricity, Water, Gas, Lawn Service. A criminal background check is required for my safety as well as the other roomie.
I have one roommate and one who is moving. I work Monday thru Friday mostly until around 5pm and usually pretty low key. I like to keep my place clean all the way around with no dishes in the sink, clothes or shoes laying around, and everything smelling fresh. I myself do not smoke but I am a social drinker (maybe 1 time a month). I love the outdoors and to travel! I also have an older indoor cat. I am also gay if that matters but my other roommate is straight. Anything else you wanna know just message me! *No additional pets*
