I am busy ER resident in my professional life but a chill and easy going individual in my other life. I am someone needs his space and quiet on certain days but who also wants to live w/ someone I can be social with. I will be busy on most days but on my days off I would love to live with someone that I can go out with/chill. I have a solid base of friends already living in NYC .I love basketball, working out, house music, gaming, going out, clubbing, festivals, trying new things etc etc. My roommate is similar to me and just as busy as I am. Amazing Room with your own Backyard SPACE! open for month to month or year lease!
We are 2 professional individuals( one of is a doctor and the other running his own company ) with very busy schedules who like to keep our place very clean and tidy. On the few occasions where we have free time we like have a good time. The shared spaces are all fully furnished, basically 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each with its own tv and couch. The downstairs area also has a squat rack. There are 2 outdoor spaces attached to this apartment and the larger outdoor space has direct access from the room of this listing. The room gets good sunlight but also has blackout curtains installed for use. Still updating this profile.....so if you have any other questions feel free to reply to the posting.
