I am graduating in May from a musical theatre program at Montclair State and plan to move to New York to pursue my career. I am clean, neat, and responsible. Lease takeover for unfurnished bedroom in renovated apartment with washer/dryer and dishwasher! Large bedroom with closet, fits a full size bed and dresser or desk. Sixth floor walkup (no need to go to gym!). Roommates are two young women in their twenties. I am moving because I injured my knee and need an elevator building.
