Hello! I’m Nate and have been living in this building for five years (it is clean & well managed) and decided to rent the other half to split costs. I enjoy film and music but also reading, going to the gym, heading to concerts, learning Spanish, and other nerdy things like sci-fi/D&D/gaming with friends. I’m friendly, respectful of noise and boundaries, and keep a tidy apartment. Generally I socialize out and do not have overnight guests though I do usually have one best friend over on Sundays in the afternoon to enjoy some wine with light conversation and some TV/film.

The building is a modern apartment with in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, gym in the building, roof deck, 24hr coffee in the pool table/community room, and our own balcony. I would need the equivalent of what I gave: first & last month’s rent along with a small security deposit.
