I’m a 27 year old female consultant who lives with a coworker and film student in Hell’s Kitchen and am looking for someone to sublease my room in a 3bedroom 2 bath as soon as next week or June 1st (flexible) and willing to sublease my room for a 4 month time period. My place comfortably fits a single person or even a couple with common areas and room furnished.
The unit is a beautiful building in Hell’s Kitchen, one street away from port authority which connects you to the subway and buses. Apartment is on the 28th floor with a gorgeous view of the city with floor length windows. Place will be furnished with bed and mattress, desk and chair as well as furnished living room and stocked kitchen. There’s a washer and dryer in the building with a gym, 24/7 doorman service, and a terrace area for you to hang out. My specific room will be sharing a bathroom with one other female.
