As for me, I am a genuine, down to earth guy. I have a very eclectic taste in music and movies and always interested in trying something new. I like exploring new places and trying new things. Anyone who is easy-going, sociable, and loves to laugh will get along great.
To keep it simple, I like to play sports(tennis, cricket, table tennis, swimming, cycling), clubbing probably once a month, I like to go on hikes that too, probably twice a month,
Apart from that I like to work out, yoga, watch movies, cycling, like to read magazines and books. I believe in living life with the right attitude and doing the right things. Enjoy some traveling, short weekend getaways are my cup of tea. I like fashion and clothes. For me, money is not everything but surely I want to make enough to lead a very comfortable life for me and build a life together with my partner. I enjoy having the good and even the best things in my life but at the same time like to save money and also do not believe in living out of my pocket.

I am currently renting a 10 x 10.5 room for $900 per month in my 5 bedroom 4 bath 3,200 sq ft home in Mountain House, CA All utilities Included - cable, electric, water, wifi, washer/dryer use. Light use of kitchen, eating area, and dining room ok.
All I ask for are basic critical behaviors & transparency that are important to a healthy home environment for everyone.

Pay rent on time without me asking
clean any messes you make in common areas (life is messy so I don’t expect perfection)
Be respectful/mindful enough to not keep everyone up at night. No one is perfect and sometimes we forget to be quiet, but within reason.
Ok with Cat and small dog but it should stay in the room only
No drugs or smoking.
You get a big separate fridge which is only shared with 1 or 2 people max in addition to you.
No overnight guests but exceptions at times can be made for the right person.
I am a 37 year old professional. I am responsible yet easy going & try not to take life too seriously, glass half full type of personality.
