We are two female professionals in our late 20's looking for a third roommate for our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Dumbo. Both of us lead busy lives and aren't always around, but when we are we like to binge watch Bravo and order takeout together. We both strive to keep the common areas clean and clutter-free, but we won't get upset if you're running out the door and leave your dishes in the sink.

1 bedroom available in 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Dumbo apartment
The apartment is a true 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the top floor of our building. We share the top floor with only one other apartment and we are friendly with our neighbors. The building has two elevators, a gym, laundry room, and secured package room. The available bedroom will be unfurnished, however, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, hidden trash/recycling, and a garbage disposal! The kitchen has bar seating, ample counter space and is great for cooking. The living room is bright and spacious and has outdoor access to two Juliette balconies.
The available room is the only room in the apartment with a full closet. It can fit a double or queen bed, with room for a dresser or small desk. The bathroom is immediately outside the room and would be shared with one roommate. It has a mirrored medicine cabinet and full tub (with great water pressure!). All of the rooms have LED track lighting and solar shades.
