I love going out to the theater (when it was open), going to music shows and spending time exploring the city. I am extremely spiritually minded and I am always working on how I can better exist in this world and be of greater service to others. I write my own music and play piano and I would love to someday write a musical. I love nature and spending time in the outdoors (roomies with a car are a plus lol). Artist House Available for Roommates in Crown Heights
Hello! I'm Jacqui (they/them/theirs) and I have three bedrooms in a four bedroom apartment opening up October 1st! I am a singer, actor, and pianist looking for artistically inclined individuals to create a new space with me! I love this spot because it's so centrally located with a lovely green space out back! I embrace Black Lives Matter/POC and humans in the LGBTQIA+ community!
The Apartment--
She is located on the border of Crown Heights and Prospect Heights on Classon Ave.
At move-in she will be empty save for some shelves and other random furniture bits I will be buying from my roommate who is leaving (not quite sure what I am buying just yet, I can also send you the furniture list my roommate has in case you wanted something or would like to split something with me). I'm looking for people who want to work together to build a space we can all enjoy and feel very at home in!
The Space--
There are three bedrooms available. One for $850 and two $750. Two of the available rooms are upstairs, one facing the street ($850) and one in the middle of a bathroom and the front bedroom ($750). The last available room is located in the basement w/ an adjoining common space and a door leading to the washer/dryer ($750). Video tour available upon request!

The Transportation--
The apartment is 4 blocks from the Franklin C stop on Fulton. She is close to citi-bikes and the B48 bus to Williamsburg stops right across the street.
The Nearby--
15 min walk to Prospect park, a new cafe w/ live music at night just opened across the street, 24 hour bodegas a block away in any direction, brand new grocery store a block away, short walk to many bars and restaurants (many with outdoor/socially distanced seating)
The Nitty Gritty--
I am looking for people who are willing to sign a one year lease with me, guarantors accepted. At the time of signing security deposit and first months rent are due so $850+$850 or $750+$750.
Utilities are not included and you would be paying Wifi, gas and electric.
There is a $75 application fee.
