I own the condo and would be the sole roommate. Room is furnished with new queen Leesa bed, 50" Samsung flat screen, full sized mirror, dresser, table, and closet. Love animals but as I've already got a cat and dog, I cannot have others in the house. I keep a clean, quiet, shoeless (Asian style) home. I'm fully vaccinated and I would expect any potential roommate to be the same/with proof. Absolutely no smokers, big drinkers, or Trumpers, thanks.
