This is not a private room, but it is completely separate from the rest of the apartment with two large street-facing windows. The space is 7 x ll ft. with 9 ft. ceiling.
The N/R is one block away and the 1 is one avenue away.
The apartment has a large fully functioning kitchen which is communal space. This is an elevator building with laundry in the basement.
The attributes I appreciate most in a roommate are respect for the apartment, my neighbors, and my Superintendent.
I am a 56 year old non-smoking male with no pets and I'm fully vaccinated against COVID. I currently work from home and will be for the foreseeable future. Please describe your current work/school situation and why you think this would be a good place for you to live.
