Centrally located with easy access to the 805 and 163. Close to several bars and eateries as well as Sprouts, Trader Joes and Vons. In unit washer and dryer. Very spacious kitchen and living area. Room is right next to a half bathroom with a ton of storage available. Shower is shared with two female roommates, both very clean. Open to male or female roommates!

The best part is that the house comes with awesome/respectful roommates (young professionals in their 20's). Note: There is a cat and dog in the house. They are well behaved (retired show pets who used to be in a SeaWorld show)and are usually contained in the room during the week.
