I have a beautiful loft style penthouse near Fox Hills. About 7 minutes to LAX and the beach, silicon beach, close to freeways for easy transport 405, 10, 90 etc.

I am a woman looking for a female roommate. Im renting a room with its own bathroom in a large 2000 sq foot space. balcony access with treetop views. I'm out of town 2-3 weeks a month so the space would totally be yours during that time and shared when I am in town. My room also has a private bath, there are 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms total with a huge kitchen, shared living room and dining area. Lots of greenery and parks outside, quiet neighborhood. Private secure parking in the building. the Apt is fully furnished with elegant danish design, I am a designer and creative so it's very elegant. I am very considerate, clean and orderly and want my roommate to be the same. Flex on move in date. Room can be partially furnished, thats up to you. No pets.
