We are very easy going, quiet during the week due to our busy work weeks, and usually one night out a week. I have a boyfriend who frequents on the weekends but is respectful and contributes to the house when he is here! We ask that you are financially responsible and make 3x your portion of the rent per month ($1605/month). The shared spaces such as the kitchen& living room are already furnished! Lease ends in May so it would be a 9 month commitment! There is a deposit of $117 and a utility deposit of $34 as well as a lease signing fee that is about $150. Still cheaper than any deposit you can find anywhere else! Only 20-25 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the Summerwood neighborhood! The duplex is brand new build and very modern!
