A 36 year old, single, cisgender male with a full-time, semi-remote job with typical 8-5 hours. Generally, I'm usually up by 6AM and in bed by 10PM. I keep my work-desk in my room, leaving our shared spaces free for un-plugging. I'm very physically active, outdoorsy, and love garage projects. I'm not a partier, but do like to host casual dinners + a movie once a week or so. I have a healthy relationship with our neighbors, and most of them are friendly, quiet, and respectful. I'd like to keep that vibe going.
I drink a craft beer or glass of wine once/twice a week, and occasionally partake in an edible or vape.
I tend to keep things clean and tidy, but not obsessively so. Dishes get done quickly usually, and if you respect our communal spaces then all is well.
Do you have a partner that likes to visit and occasionally spend the night? That's totally cool with me, and they should respect the shared spaces just as you do.
Perhaps one of the most important things to me is civil, clear, and respectful communication. Sharing a living space will inevitably produce some form of friction. I take constructive feedback and requests well, and I expect you to as well. We're adults here right???
I also have a small, 9 year old, 20lb french bulldog named Mikey who is quite possibly a potato pretending to be a dog... He is very affectionate, low energy, and a little gassy at times...

This home in NE Portland is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with an attached garage and driveway. You would be sharing the home with me, and we would be splitting the total rent. The home has wooden floors downstairs and carpet upstairs in the bedrooms. The kitchen has an awesome dual-oven and gas range (not shown in photos) and the living room is spacious with a gas fireplace that heats the room well. The entire house has central heat, but no AC. The 2 rooms available would make a good combination for a work-from-home gig, as you can separate your work-space from the rest of your space. There is a small backyard with a firepit and enough space to have some folx over to relax. Please note, the images show furnishings that are no longer in place.
