- Close to Prospect Park
- Apartment is on the top floor of a fourth-floor walk-up
We have absolutely loved living here the past year, and we are sure that you will too!
Our ideal roommate:
- Is prepared to sign a year-long lease
- Responsible for paying their portion of the rent in a timely manner
- Able to cooperate in shared apartment costs such as gas, electricity, internet, etc.
- Cleans up after themselves
- No smoking inside the apartment

- Is LGBTQ+ friendly
Additionally, our apartment is cat-friendly, but unfortunately not dog-friendly.
