A little about me: I’m a clean, responsible, and minimalistic individual. I don’t require furniture (including a bed) or much space, as I live a very simple lifestyle and im used to sleeping on a floor. My days are primarily focused on work and working out, so I’m rarely at home—maybe 10% of the time. This means the space would be well cared for and lightly used.
I have no criminal history, and while I hold Christian values and strive to live with integrity, I’m not overly religious. I’m quiet, respectful, and would be a low-maintenance tenant.
If you have or know of any available floor I could sleep on— I’m happy to provide references or answer any questions you may have.
I'd like to note that most of showering would be done at the gyms I go to and alot of my laundry would be done at laundry mats, unless the place has a drier and washer.
