Rent is $710 plus a third of the utilities (about $125). (no additional pets other than fish and turtles, ...hermit crabs). There will be a security deposit of $200, and payment of first and last month's rent prior to move-in.
This house is newly remodeled, with a chef's kitchen and all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The property has a covered front porch, a back deck, unfinished basement, and washer and dryer unit. Located only 5 minutes walk from the grocery store as well as the West End beltline, you will find that you can walk to get most of the essentials you need. If you aren't in the mood or able to walk the distance, MARTA access is minutes away. Common areas come furnished.
