Simple and easy going preferred zen like atmosphere. I have 2 cats. They are both indoor and outdoor. The area is a Great location for activities. There is a large back yard and some items to remove and change from past roomies. I am not a clean freak but need things tidy so zen like can reign. I am one to smudge and prefer smoker to go outside to help breathing. I try to not smudge to bother but all communication to a peaceful home is needed to live well. Ty.

Peace. A place to zen and be ok. I hace a work in progress. Some items disclosed when initially contacted will show i had some roommates that left some stuff for me to fix. Other than that... It is a kind place with helping others as i can allowing help in sharing my place. Cafs/kittens are kind. Outdoor and indoor. My work is variable and i welcome inquiries of rent and help fix up some things as part of rent.. all rental will disclose mutual agreements.
