I’m a journalism student at Columbia with a 20 lb mini aussie. I am an all around animal lover and have quite the plant collection. I got into gardening and crochet during quarantine and tend to bake while listening to Lizzo when stressed, so I hope you like cupcakes! I love reading and podcasts and my background is in photography so if any of those subjects interest you I’m always down to talk shop (also feel free to hit me up for head shots). My most annoying habits are that I tend to talk to myself when I’m working on research for an article or thinking through any kind of involved problem, and I always forget to put away the dishes after I clean them so my drying rack is known to turn into the leaning tower of Pisa; if either of those are deal breakers, we probably won’t be a great match. My dog is obsessed with cuddling, so as long as you’re willing to pet her she’ll love you! She is afraid of larger dogs though so she would need to be the only, or at least bigger dog. She is generally silent but will knock around her food bowl is she is out of food or water. I spend most of my time outside when the weather is nice and generally only spend substantial time at the apartment once the weather gets cold. I’m looking mainly for a place where quirkiness and dogs are welcome under a mile from the Columbia campus! I’m looking to move in August 1.
