If you are non-smoker, going to college or working towards a brighter future, clean, responsible, trustworthy and respectful of property... you are welcome in my home! Furnished bedroom, clean and spacious with natural lighting, queen bed, good sized closet space; sun zero curtains if you prefer to block the sun. It's a cozy, peaceful home.
Paid utilities, WiFi, washer/dryer, water, electricity, etc; security alarm, off street parking; you will have full access to kitchen, breakfast, dining and living rooms, walking trails by the lake, community pool and kids' playground. We have friendly neighbors who look out for each other.
Property is located in Cypress, TX; close to Town Lake Boardwalk, within minutes to YMCA and other fitness centers, hospitals, malls, etc. Easy access to West Rd, Barker Cypress, Hwy 290, Hwy 6, FM 529, Fry Rd.
