Hi! I’m a quiet, responsible professional living in NYC and currently looking for a peaceful and clean sublet where I can feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. I value good communication, mutual respect, and a calm, grounded environment.

I’m hoping to move in by March 25 or sooner. My budget is $1,800/month or less, and I’d ideally like to stay in downtown Manhattan—SoHo, LES, East Village, Tribeca, or Chinatown would be perfect. I’m open to a short-term or month-to-month sublet. A furnished room or studio would be ideal. No deposit preferred.

I don’t have a full-time pet, but my boyfriend and our dog (a well-behaved Norwegian Elkhound) may visit occasionally from DC, so I’d love a space that’s okay with occasional pet visits.

I’m clean, respectful, and drama-free. I work long hours, I keep shared spaces tidy, and I treat any home with love and care. I’m financially stable and easy to communicate with.
