My roommate Breanna and I are looking for a 3rd roommate!
We are both fun, laid back, respectful roommates who likes to cook, workout, enjoy movies and wine and game nights, pretty chill during the week but like to go out on weekends.
I work from home during the day and at a gym some evenings, sometimes pick up random bar gigs (like festivals or concerts, etc.). I have an older chocolate lab named Goose who will be happy to greet you every day.
Breanna works at a music venue 3-4 days a week, 1-2 at home. also works at a gym some evenings or early mornings. She has a mutt named Frankie who has a big hilarious personality and is a total goofball.

Available Room for Rent
Roommate wanted! Must love dogs :)
My roommate Breanna and I are looking for someone to move into our 3rd room in our 3 bed, 2 bath house in Madison (10-15 mins to east, 15-20 to downtown).
Ideally one year lease - move in/lease start anytime between now and April 1. Must love dogs (we have 2) but unfortunately, no additional pets.
A little bit about the house/rent:
⁃ $850 Rent including Utilities
⁃ 13x11 room with great natural light, a ceiling fan, and a good sized closet
⁃ House is fully furnished minus your room but if you have cute stuff we are open to it!
⁃ Fenced in backyard with covered patio
⁃ Washer/Dryer
⁃ Lots of storage space!
A little bit about us:
Breanna is a manager/social media coordinator at a music venue in town, works from home 2 days a week. Makes amazing (strong) margaritas. Ig: breannafylstra
I wfh full time, currently having a professional builder convert my cargo van to a camper van and hope to be doing lots of traveling. Concurs that Breanna’s margs are bomb. Ig: erinde53
We are both clean, respectful and easy going. We both work some evenings front desk at different gyms and when not at those we enjoy relaxing evenings at home with occasional dinner, trivia, or happy hours during the week, bachelor/bachelorette watch parties with inappropriate amounts of snacks, wine and game nights, and Saturday nights out with friends.
We have two dogs:
Franklin (2 yr old mutt) and Goose (11 yr old chocolate lab) both super friendly and pretty laid back
What we are looking for:
A friendly person no pets, a steady income, who’s reliable, respectful and responsible. A bonus if the roommate would want to hang out on occasion 🙂
