THE ROOM: in previous times, this room has served as my guest room. It measures 12x9 —furnished with a relatively new queen bed kept in a protective slipcover purchased 1 year ago.

**You are welcome to bring your own mattress, but you would be responsible for discarding the current one**

THE APARTMENT: is a 2-flight walk-up, with Washer & Dryer, Baseboard heating, A/C in the bedrooms & living room. The laundry closet and bathroom both give a good amount of space between the bedrooms.

*Cleanliness & organization is a high priority here! I clean frequently and typically buy in bulk but will split the cost of household cleaning supplies and paper. The apartment is clutter-free the majority of the time; I’m big on fresh scents, flowers, candles, and I have a timed air purifier and mist diffusers that run throughout the day.*

KITCHEN & FOOD: utensils, dishware/pots & gadgets, etc., are Not shared. However, there is ample kitchen space, and you’ll have your own 6 cabinets and 3 drawers for storage.

I’ve lived here for 4 years, and I love my community. The landlord lives off-site, she and I developed a great relationship over the years, and she’s active in keeping up with maintenance.
