I have a furnished, 2 room suite available in a massive home, which is separated into 4 suites, offering each person the feeling of living in your own studio apartment with incredible amenities. This home sits on an astounding 7,000 sqft plot and has a beautifully landscaped front, side and backyard with a large deck and 2 patios. Washer and dryer are free in the home.

This quiet, tree lined neighborhood is super convenient whether driving, or taking public transit. We are a 7 min walk to the Freeman st Station on the 2/5 and a 30 min train ride to Times Sq. The neighborhood has many bike lanes and bus routes in addition to ample parking that you won’t find anywhere else in the city. We are just a block and a half from Crotona Park, which covers 128 acres and has a variety of sports fields and tennis courts among other amenities. We are located in SoBro between Arthur Ave and Mott Haven which boast many charming restaurants, cafes and bars.

I used to work in the Software industry and now I am a Muay Thai and Yoga instructor and personal trainer. My roommate is a dog walker and bartender. My roommate has a large well behaved dog and I sometimes dog sit. If you are uncomfortable with dogs, we can keep them gated away. You and the other roommate have the bottom floor and I share the top floor with a separate airbnb suite, so that in addition to your fully outfitted kitchen area, you would be sharing a kitchen sink and bathroom with only 1 other person. We have a full gym setup in the home with a squat rack and weights from 2.5lbs to 250lbs, yoga mats and props, a hanging bag and a waterweight kicking bag.

My roommate(male) and I(female) are in our mid 30’s, 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly. We are looking for a roommate who is clean, considerate and friendly and would describe ourselves as the same. We create a peaceful and friendly environment, where we keep common and personal areas clean and are considerate of each other.
