We are Dane and Rita, now married for 25 years! (Yay!) We're upbeat, supportive, friendly and conversational. We play board games (Rita's a killer on RummiKube and Dane's a big challenge on BackGammon, plus several other board and card games on hand). We don't watch much TV, although we like The Voice and American Idol, since we're singers. We eat mostly vegetarian, with a little fish and chicken from time-to-time.

We own a 4-bdrm, 4-bathroom home in southwest Aurora (zip 80015). We live in the master bedroom and rent out the other rooms. We currently have available:

Both rooms are furnished with queen bed, closet, chest of drawers, night stand, lamp. The basement apartment has its own living room, furnished with couches and HDTV (with FireStick and OTA antenna). The home is clean and quiet and in a great neighborhood. You can share our first floor living room with couches and TV, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with full kitchen privileges. Walk to a GREAT city park, very close, or to a coffee shop, convenience store, nail salon, sports bar. A short drive to grocery stores, hardware, restaurants and much more. You'll love it here!
