I am a very active single female and work from home. I have one female Pittie dog and 5 cats. You must be a pet lover. I play in 2 bands at the moment and go down the hill frequently. So you will have alone time.
I am willing to reduce the rent to $650.00 if you are willing to feed the animals and let Sadie out for Potty breaks when I'm gone. I am never gone more than 2 days. I am an A type personality. I have 21 years sober and still active in my program but am totally fine if you are 420 friendly and occasionally drink. No heavy drinkers and no drugs at all. I have grown kids and my youngest does come and stay a few days a week to finish her schooling up here.
I love music, cooking, Holiday partys with the happy dysfunctional family and my friends tell me I have a great sense of humor.
I am spiritual and not religious and hate politics. As far as I'm concerned both sides are scamming us.

10x12 room for rent in Apple Valley in a quiet neighborhood in a house. Shared Bathroom.
Rent is $800 but will reduce rent to $650 if you are willing to pet sit occasionally and feed the animals when I am down the hill in Orange County. I am never gone more than 2 days unless I am on a work trip which is only a couple times a year.
