Two Rooms for Rent for June 1
Looking for respectful females to rent 1 or 2 of the bedrooms available on the ground floor of a house.
Walking distance to transit and 29th Avenue skytrain. All utilities and wi-fi included.
The bedrooms are big and bright, furnished. One bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with a queen sized bed. High quality furniture and a TV, desk and chair.
Bedroom with double bed is: $750.00 per month
Bedroom with queen size bed is: $850.00 per month
The ideal people would be a female student would be easy going, clean, responsible and someone who is respectful of the home and a non-smoker and love dogs as there is a small dog in the house. The dog is generally upstairs with us but does go to the ground level.
