hi, I have a really charming and beautiful home in Devonshire, off lovers lane. im looking to rent the room to a professional male to a professional ( the last tenant, a great guy, was here for a year on a residency at UTSW, the gentleman before him worked at Goldman Sachs). the space is safe, quiet, with hardwood floors and a spacious bathroom. its fully furnished. please, no smoking and no partying. my home is walking distance to "miracle mile", a zillion charming shops and restaurants on lovers lane. im by the tollway, so access to downtown, UTSW, and SMU is very close. this is one of the best locations in dallas...im not exaggerating :)
