Fully furnished third floor suite includes large bedroom with queen bed, dresser and desk, private bathroom with walk-in shower, lounge/living room with dry kitchenette (perfect for breakfast and lunch) and a private balcony.
Shared main floor kitchen for proper cooking and dinner, dining room, living room, basement laundry and outdoor deck.
Rent is for one person and includes: Entire top floor, access to shared areas, all utilities, laundry, WIFI and Parking (deduct -$100/month if you do not need the parking spot).
We live in a great, family-friendly area surrounded by parks, walking trails, 3 gyms, and decent access to TTC. The location is near the Shoppes of Don Mills, just east of the DVP. Google M3A1S6 and check out this gem of an neighbourhood.
Please note: We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the house (outside is completely fine), and we ask you to restrict the use of scents such as perfumes and incense due to family allergies.
