Me and my three roommates live on St. Marks Place and are in a 5 bed, 3 bath, in unit laundry, and we have an extra room! We were using it as a living room, but figured we’d save up a little more for the rest of the lease. The bedroom has its own bathroom, AC unit, and two windows. Also we have access to a private patio, wifi included, utilities included, and fully furnished.
The lease is available ASAP and until end of June (with the option to resign).
