I'm a recent graduate from the University of San Diego and I'll be moving to NYC in August. I am looking for an August 15th (somewhat flexible) move-in date.

I love interacting with roommates and also respect boundaries accordingly.

I'm also looking for an apartment with no broker's fee, laundry at least nearby, smoke-free environment, and quiet night time hours.

I do not own pets but I am also very pet friendly.
