I’m an outdoorsy, middle aged, laid-back professional with a floor available to rent (1BR, 1BA, 1 living room, and 1 office area) in a quiet neighborhood. I travel about a week out of the month and at least every other weekend I camp in the summer, then winter is skiing or I’ll go to a beach for a few weeks. Occasionally I’ll have a drinks on weekends, 420 friendly (outside only please), but would prefer a roommate who isn’t doing both constantly. Private basement in awesome house - great neighborhood
I'm looking for a down to earth roommate, who’s easygoing to share my rental house. Seeking men or women roommates. No preference. I'm a guy, so you'll need to be OK with that. Age is less important than maturity. Must be willing to share the space and keep things fun and simple. No drama.
My current roommate is moving and buying a house, though she is available to speak with you also if you have any questions for her.
The property has a huge back yard and 4 car garage for parking and a workshop. I have started a garden in the yard and there's still room to add more. The basement is finished out and the sound deadening between floors is very good, my roommate also works from home and we never have an issue with noise during calls.
This lease is set to end Feb. '23 and renewal will happen then. I do ask that you join the lease so you must have first month + security deposit and good credit to move in.
Please note: I'm looking to rent to someone starting July 1. The rooms will NOT be held until August or September. There is the possibility of early move-in, so please ask if interested.
