Roommate for 2BR Wanted!!

Hi guys!
I am leaving my current apartment and am trying to help my roommate find someone to live with her! We are looking for a female, preferably a student or someone who is okay with having the apartment be a quiet space since she is currently a law student. My former roommate is absolutely amazing! She is super kind, really quiet, and not messy at all.
Our apartment is located within a seven minute walk to the M and R 46th St. Station in Astoria/LIC in Queens. There is a kitchen that has all appliances and recently got a new floor. The bathroom is shared, but my roommate and I never had issues with both of us needing it. There is also a large living room with two couches and loads of space to study, chill, and unwind! This area is fantastic! There are many shops nearby, Planet Fitness, delicious restaurants, and more to explore. It is also very quiet.
This room is available ASAP and we are looking for someone to then sign a year lease starting September 1st. It is a big space with wood floors and has a beautiful view of a little garden. It can come furnished, which we can discuss if interested! The rent is $1028 pus utilities (this usually ends up being between $55-75).
