Rent is lowered during time due to West Seattle bridge closed. Home is right off California up from Lincoln park in a quiet neighborhood.
Room is on east side of home with morning light. 2 windows, wall of drawers and closet built in. Additional storage available in garage and basement. Room is upstairs with shared bathroom.
