1 king size room available for rent in a bathroom apartment. The bedroom is private and there is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room space. The apartment has plenty of storage space (closets, shelves) for you if needed. This room is furnished and has a full size bed & frame, 2 desks, a bookshelf, a small dresser(not in photos) and a couple wall shelves as well as a small tv if you want to use it. ***Please note the only window in this room is the skylight pictured in the AD. The room is adjacent to the living room and we recommend turning the living room AC unit on and propping ur door open to get the air from there OR buying your own standing AC if you’d like to do so.*** My roommate and I are LGTBQ+ friendly as well as weed friendly. We smoke on occasions and we mostly do so in our rooms, so we require our roommate to be okay with this. I have 1 small indoor male cat who is neutered and super friendly! We are around the corner from the M and within walking distance of the L. The J is also easily accessible through transfer of the M line or even by bike. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance as well as laundry mats and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood with mostly families around.
