I am a college grad who came to the city to do an internship. I am looking to sublet the room in the apartment I was living in for April 1st or anytime in the month of April. I have had a great stay here with people that are easy to live with. I've rented here for 6 months. I had to head home sooner than I thought to earn some money but it's been a great start to city living. I plan to return in August, but you do have an option to rent longer term, and can be discussed with the owners.

Room comes furnished with everything: full bed, comforter, sheets etc. It has cable tv in the room, a lot of space and the neighborhood is great. Wi-fi is great (Verizon Fios) I walk to work in the Flatiron area but it is close to all kinds of transportation.
