No couples or males please. I am looking for a mature female student or professional who studies/works out outside of the home to rent a 180 sq ft bedroom in my fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment (about 1400 square feet) This includes all utilities, cable and internet.
I have a very friendly, loving, quiet, 10 year old Boston Terrier & 2 budgies in a cage in living room. You must love dogs & cute budgie sounds.
There is a laundry room onsite ($2.25/wash, $2.50/dryer) and parking outside for $95 or $110 in. Visitor parking is available on side streets.
This apartment is in a great, safe area, on a quiet street with no obstructing views and tons of natural light. There is a 15 ft long beautiful balcony! There is a bus stop directly outside the building, is approximately a 3 minute walk to the St Clair streetcar and a 12 mins drive to the 401.
Minutes away by TTC or foot are 2 major hubs that includes grocery stores, specialty shops, boutiques, banks, restaurants, beautiful parks , trails, bars & a cinema.
I am looking for someone who's exceptionally clean and willing keep the bedroom/bathroom (and kitchen if you use it) clean and who enjoys a balance of being at home and being out. If you're a home body this is probably not a fit. Also looking for someone who doesn't cook much or just minimal - no spices. I'm ultimately looking for someone with few possessions since the place is fully furnished.
I myself am in my 40's, a self employed female with a flexible and varied work schedule. I like to fit in fitness classes throughout my week, indulge in some wine and frequently dine out.
I rarely have people over and am looking for someone who feels the same.
