I'm generally quiet and when at home if I'm not grading student work or writing my own papers I'm usually watching a movie or reading a book. The roof has a great view of the city! F, G, and R trains are right on the corner (Super convenient for when your running late!) Bedroom comfortably fits queen size bed, dresser, night stand, etc. Bedroom also has a closet. Living space is furnished with a comfy couch, TV, and kitchen table that can seat 5.
