I am a pretty laid back person and for the most part keep to myself but and also very friendly as well, looking for pretty much the same in a roommate. I just expect for the common areas to be kept clean and the household chores shared evenly. Just looking for mature individuals who are able to cohabitate and who are upfront about their living style and expectations as well. Non smoking house with one dog currently living here and one more dog allowed with a pet deposit of $200 that is non refundable, however there is no monthly pet rent. There will be a total of 3 roommates living here and there is a shared full bath and a guest half bath.
