Hello potential roommate! I have an unfurnished room available in my two bedroom apartment which is located in the desirable Inner Richmond area. Great location, easy access to public transportation that will get you to any part of the city in no time, (Bus Lines 38, 31, 33, 28, 5, 1, 2). Anything you need is within walking distance: Golden Gate Park, numerous shops and restaurants, and including three laundromats. Street parking only.
About the room:
The room is about 10x14ft and has a large window that faces the backyard. Great natural lighting and a closet.
Rent is $900 for the room, not including internet and PG&E (approx. $80). Security deposit is $1,111. Rent controlled.
Total move in cost: $2,011
Move-in date is March 1 (date is flexible)
