My roommate jumped off right after the application went through and I'm looking to replace her. Its about 984 Sq. Ft. Washer and dryer in unit, modern finish. Patio with storage and plenty of street and uncovered parking. Utilities will be split by roommates, including wi-fi. I'll be furnishing the common areas. $400 security deposit with $300 refundable if everything checks out upon your departure.
