I am a kind, considerate, tidy, and introverted roommate who works Monday-Friday from 9 to 5. I don't mind exchanging basic pleasantries, but I usually prefer to stay to myself when I'm at home. I like to keep a clean, orderly, peaceful space that functions as a relaxing safe haven to rest and recharge. Although it is rare that I entertain guests, I don't mind the occasional pre-game and/or dinner companion. I never bring the party home, and expect the same considerations in return.

Single room available for rent starting April 15 in second floor, 2-bedroom apartment located in Crown Heights just 5 minutes away from the Utica Avenue A/C train. Other nearby transit includes the Utica 3/4 train and the B15, B25, B46, B46S, and B65 buses. There's also a CitiBike dock nearby.
Also nearby: grocery, laundromat, library, pharmacy, bodega, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
The room is cozy with 3 windows, tons of natural light, and a small built-in closet. It is currently furnished with a futon and a small desk (not pictured), but these can be removed if necessary.
Electricity, wi-fi, and gas for heat/cooking are included in the price of rent.
You will share the bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
