I am renewing my lease and looking for a roommate to fill my space room. I currently have a roommate who is moving out to go to graduate school and would love to share this apartment with someone new! The apartment includes trash removal and water so we pay for WiFi and electric which combined is usually around $70 or $80. The apartment is fully furnished and I am a clean, quiet and respectful roommate. I work a 9-5 so I'm mainly home at night and I'm respectful of people's personal spaces. I like to go out on the weekends and have fun and but I also enjoy calm nights in watching tv and hanging out.
