Utilities are included with rent, there is a washer and dryer in unit for use. Plenty of street parking in a safe walkable neighborhood. The room will accommodate a queen size bed and additional pieces of furniture. Decent size closet, a bright and breezy with a west view. There are some pieces of furniture in the room you're welcome to use if needed. We are respectful, private, tidy, non-smoking and quiet. Light cooking allowed, must be good with keeping common areas tidy.
