Looking for someone to take over my lease From January till July
I am looking for a female to take over my lease from January till July in a shared bed room. You would share a room with one other girl, in house with 8 girls total. All other housemates are students at Sdsu. The house is within walking distance to Sdsu, but also has a driveway parking spot available. The house has heating and air, a washer and dyer as well as dishwasher. The rent is 730 a month plus utilities.
